Welcome! My name is Kyler Grandkoski (he/him/el), the Founder and Lead Facilitator of Aligned Action. I support community-centered organizations and initiatives in change making through highly participatory processes that lead to collective resolve, action and impact. I built my tool box as a local food systems leader affecting collaborative change in the American Southwest and Pacific Northwest working with diverse stakeholders from the grassroots to state and federal institutions. Having held leadership positions in both nonprofit and private sectors I foster wide reaching understanding and commonality. My facilitation services are grounded in the following values:
I have training in: ToP (Technology of Participation) Strategic Planning, ToP (Technology of Participation) Facilitation Methods, Liberating Structures, Holistic Decision Making, Results-Oriented Management and Accountability, Facilitating Racially Just Spaces, Being an Ally in Indian Country, Cultural Humility, and more. I received BA degrees in Communication Theory and Spanish from the University of Portland. (Se habla español.) I engage in culture-shifting civic duty with on-going volunteer support to the following organizations:
