Aligned Action supports leading-edge, life-enhancing projects through collaborative leadership, systems development and efficient project management with the following services:
Gap Project Management
This service exists to help organizations bridge small yet important gaps between their current reality and their practical vision. Gaps can be well-known or an outgrowth of a Strategic Planning process, where a team wants to move forward, but does not have the staffing, systems, know-how, camaraderie, or certain capacity to action on one of their key strategies. Aligned Action works directly with a team, or with leadership, to build, test and refine the necessary systems needed to span the identified gap in order to continue on self- sufficient ground. This could include: - establishing and stabilizing pilot or/or beta projects - seeking and securing funding - establishing grant management systems - building financial or operational systems - introducing and standardizing collaborative technologies or techniques - project / program operations - position description creation & refinement, hiring, onboarding support - enhancing team collaboration & cooperation |
Visionary Project Management
Similar to Gap Project Management, but larger and more radical in scope. This service exists to advance leading-edge initiatives or projects once they have either; been established and defined, or have been initiated, but come up against a major developmental barrier(s). Our current cultural reality is pulling us towards a future that is more inclusive, decentralized and holistic. Visionary projects require upgraded systems and cultural practices that allow them to actualize in such a way that empowers individuals and teams as well as the broader social and environmental impacts of a project. Our Visionary Project Management service is rooted in a foundation of collaborative leadership and collective liberation. As such, this service is two fold: 1. Building and developing the collaborative and cooperative capacities of the team. 2. Externalizing the cultural practices along the road to actualization (and beyond). |
